Steven Paul "Steve" Jobs (February 24, 1955 – October 5, 2011)was an American computer entrepreneur and inventor. He was co-founder,chairman, and chief executive officer of Apple Inc.Jobs also previously served as chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios; he became a member of the board of directors of The Walt Disney Company in 2006, following the acquisition of Pixar by Disney. He was credited in Toy Story(1995) as an executive producer.Having personally being responsible for helping revolutionize the personal computer industry, Jobs had become an American and global business icon. It was in the late 1970′s that Steve Jobs, along with Steve Wozniack marketed the Apple II personal computer.Upon returning to Apple Computer, Steve Jobs served as the CEO from 1997 until his leave in 2011 just before Steve Jobs Died and he left for medical reasons. He had been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and had taken multiple medical leaves in recent years to address his health issues. In the past, Bloomberg has mistakenly published Steve Jobs Obituary.Tim Cook is Steve Job’s current predecessor and will seek to continue the iconic representation to Apple that Steve Jobs represented before Steve Jobs Died.

- The Apple Macintosh
The Macintosh is a series of several lines of personal computers designed, developed, and marketed by Apple Inc. The first Macintosh was introduced on January 24, 1984; it was the first commercially successful personal computer to feature a mouse and a graphical user interface rather than a command-line interface.The company continued to have success through the second half of the 1980s, only to see it dissipate in the 1990s as the personal computer market shifted toward the "Wintel" platform: IBM PC compatible machines running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows.

The iMac is a range of all-in-one Macintosh desktop computers built by Apple. It has been the primary part of Apple's consumer desktop offerings since its introduction in 1998, and has evolved through five distinct forms.In its original form, the iMac G3 had a gum-drop or egg-shaped look, with a CRT monitor, mainly enclosed by a colored, translucent plastic case, which was refreshed early on with a sleeker design notable for its slot-loaded optical drive. The second major revision, the iMac G4, moved the design to a hemispherical base containing all the main components and an LCD monitor on a freely moving arm attached to it. The third/fourth major revision, the iMac G5 and the Intel iMac placed all the components immediately behind the display, creating a slim unified design that tilts only up and down on a simple metal base. The current iMac shares the same form as the previous model, but is thinner and uses anodized aluminum and a glass panel over the entire front. In addition it also added a SDXC slot directly under the slot-loading SuperDrive. Newer versions are available with a solid state drive instead of a hard drive. The newest version features quad-core Intel processors across the line, 1 (on 21.5") or 2 (on 27") Thunderbolt ports, and a FaceTime HD camera, features introduced on the early 2011 MacBook Pro updates.
